Pim's Brother

The school is noisy and the girls are talking and squealing as they talk. This is one of those days that Craig wished he wouldn't forget his headphones but yet here he is- trying to calm himself. 

His headphones were forgotten, he lost his earphones and his airbuds were taken by Pim. The only option he's left with is covering his ears which did not help either. And to make things worse, here comes the top one of his most hated person. 

Craig immediately looked around to find someone to use as an interruption for the incoming however, he does not have anyone closed to. He was thankful when he spotted Pim yet felt awkward at the same time. Fortunately, Pim was also looking at him and seemed to get what's happening. Pim stood up, walked towards him and grabbed his arms to walk out the room. They succeeded in doing so but the awkwardness got them.

"I'm sorry-"

"Don't do that. There's nothing to be sorry about." Craig said stopping Pim in the middle. Pim looked so down like a dog not given a toy which reminded him of someone. They looked the same too.  

Thinking about that, Craig suddenly remember someone from his dark past. Out of all the bad memories, there's someone who actually lit his life just a little bit. Remembering how they met steel feels nostalgic, but that person somehow disappeared which never disappointed him. Knowing how his life work, someone leaving is not new anymore. Maybe because he just got used to it.

"Just now, you looked really warm and kind."

Craig woke up from his reverie. He turned to look at Pim who's smiling from ear to ear. Somehow, Craig seemed to forgot his dreadful life a little. He feels comfortable looking at Pim smiling. He wonder how Pim would react if he told him that. Would he be disgusted? After all, he seemed to hate people like himself. Craig put away those thoughts and act naturally, trying not to make things awkward.

"So what's with the girls being loud today?" He asked, only to get a "seriously-you-dont-know" look from Pim. 

"What?" Craig shrugged his shoulder. He really don't understand anything right now. He does not have any idea.

"You see, there's this infamous band called 'BLACK', and they'll be coming here to shoot a music video. Guess this school's popular huh?" Pim said uninterested. Craig narrowed his brows to how unenthusiastic Pim is.

"Hmm- so that's how is it? Any information about the band?" Craig asked which only earned a snort from Pim. 

"One thing I know, the Leader is cocky." Pim said straight as if saying he does not want to talk about it. So this guy can act like this?, Craig thought to himself.

It's finally the afternoon and Craig is now on his way to the rooftop with Pim. All the girls vanished in thin air which he's thankful about.

"Why are you tagging along?" With narrowed brows, Craig asked Pim.

"There's someone I don't want to meet right now." Pim said which cracked him up. This guy!

"What's funny?"

"Sorry, your face was so straight, I thought you were Mr. Alvarez for a moment." Craig said making Pim scowl. Mr. Alvarez is there Ethics teacher who always keep a straight face.

"Why are you like that today? Please bring back the silent Craig I know" Pim even shake his shoulder which only added to his cracked up self right now. Why is he being like this? That, he didn't know.

Pim was still shaking his shoulder when he opened the door to the rooftop. It only stopped when they heard shouts and saw the girls to both sides of the place and five boys in the middle. There are cameras around- a set for filming. Of all place why here?

The sound of opening the door may have caught everyone's attention because all eyes were now in them. Awkward is an understatement, also because Pim is very silent and his face is really straight. Until they heard someone spoke.

"Finally found someone suitable."

Whispers immediately pured in the place when the person that spoke stepped forward and walk- towards them?!

Craig felt Pim's grip on his shoulder tightened as the guy got closer and closer.

The man is tall, maybe 6-foot tall?, Craig thought. The white outfit he's wearing looks so good on him. It made him shine beautifully. His disheveled blonde hair, added to his charm. His face screamed 'gorgeous' but why does he seemed familiar, especially his eyes.

"May I know this gentleman's name?" The guy asked, oozing with confidence. For a moment Craig was startled for some reason. One because, he's sure it's one of the infamous band Pim talked about, two is because everyone's eyes were in them putting him in a hot seat. He hates being stared at by many. He's afraid they might see how disgraceful he is. How can he be so comfortable earlier? Why did this happen?

"Oh there's a puppy behind you." Craig was pulled out from his thoughts when he heard that. The guy sis smiling at h, while Pim is now beside him, growling like a puppy.

"Why don't you introduce me to you friend Pim?" The guy asked shocking him. And that's where it dawned on him.

"Shut up shitty brother!"

"That's why you looked alike!" Craig shouted which he immediately realized and wished he didn't. The guy smiled at him and Craig can't help but wished for the ground to eat him. Why did he shout like that? He looked down in shame, without realizing that, that simple reaction of him was found adorable by everyone.

"Cute."

Little did Craig know that out of all the people who found him adorable, someone is being eaten by a green mosnter called jealousy.
