I knocked slightly on Alpha Alaric's study door before pushing it slightly open. I peeked inside and found the Lycan King sitting on his study chair, scanning through some scrolls and papers on his desk.

The door creaked softly and he looked up at me. This was the first time he had not noticed my arrival before I came in and it did surprise me a bit.

"Enter, Elora," he said, to me before returning his attention back to his work. I looked around the room for some moments before walking in and closing the door shut behind me.

"You requested that I come once I was done with everything that I was doing, Alph--Alaric," I said, correcting myself as I stepped further into the room. "I'm here now."
