Chapter 3: The Egg & Identity Information

Su Lan: "So, this is the egg that is supposed to be my pet."

Wondering what her pet would look like, she reached out and touched the egg. Su Lan felt as if she was poke by a needle on her finger and wanted to take her hand back but her hand was stuck on the egg. As she watched her blood drip onto the egg a bright light suddenly lit up. Su Lan lifted her other hand to cover her eyes. When the light dimmed, she was finally able to withdraw her hand from the egg. Su Lan looked at her finger and the wound was gone.

Su Lan: "Wow... the auto heal skill really is...I don't think I can get used to this... makes me feel as if I am not human."

She lifted her head up and looked at the egg which was moving and filled with cracks.

A small white paw pushed out the egg shell. Then a white head tries to push his head out. Su Lan stared for a while before walking forward to help. Once the top of the egg shell was finally gone inside was a pure white teacup Pomeranian....

Su Lan and the small dog stared at each other with their round black eyes.

Inside Su Lan's mind, "Where is the legendary level part of this pup!!!! Can this pup even speak? How am I going to ask questions!!! This is definitely a scam!!!"

As a mind battle was going on the pup bit her finger.  A light shined as a magic circle lit up. Don't ask Su Lan how she knew it was a magic circle...it looks like the anime she watched when she was small. The magic circle was exactly the same! At this point, Su Lan felt she was going to have a mental breakdown because of everything that has happened since she was transported by the green light. Currently, wishing she had gone and found a job so she wouldn't have to deal with all this. As she was having a mental breakdown a soft, fluffy, and furry object licked the finger she was bitten on.

Looking at the fluffy white ball she finally calmed down. She picked up the white fur ball and decided: "Your name will be Pom Pom."

(In her mind):"Yup, a white pom pom no matter where you look."

Pom Pom: "Woof.... I refuse I am a majestic lion no matter how you look at it!!!!"

Su Lan stared at Pom Pom and realized her translator's unique skill works with animals too!

Su Lan: "No.. no matter where you look, you are teacup size dog bred not a cat bred in any way."

Pom Pom: "Woof, that's because I am still small."

Su Lan: "Lions don't bark."

Pom Pom:"..." Jumps down and runs into a corner to grow mushrooms. Lower his head and use his paws to draw a crooked circle. 

Pom Pom turns back every few seconds with a look saying come and comfort me.

Su Lan who couldn't resist went and picked up Pom Pom. Holding Pom Pom in her arm she asks what her situation currently was and her identity in this world.

Pom Pom explanation when like this:

Pom Pom: "....."

Acting cute and stare with starry eyes ---- 5 minutes later ---- still acting cute.

Su Lan: "Pom Pom..."

Pom Pom: " ...currently growing mushrooms..please leave a message at the sound of the bark....woof....."

Su Lan:"..... Don't tell me you don't know either.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Pom Pom: Blink eyes and tilt head to the side. (In Pom Pom’s mind: I don’t know. I don’t understand. What are you saying?)

Su Lan: Tears in her eyes. "Tell me what you do know."

Pom Pom: Whimpers "I don't know I was just born."

Su Lan: "So, why did that ancient old man say if I had any question to ask you..." (Voice lowers in a dangerous tone).

Pom Pom: "Medicine god... forgot to input the current information into the egg before leaving...."

Su Lan: "Why did he forget?!"

Pom Pom: "Medicine god...ran to watch a new group idol show from your world....he rushed out since he was running late to the show...." (Quickly look at the floor.)

Su Lan: "That old!!!! (breathes deeply in and out). So you're telling me, I have no way to get the information of my current situation from here..."

Pom Pom: (Wish to dig a hole and hide...master is so scary...the saying that silent people are most scary when angry is so true....starts quietly and softly digging...) "Master... please calm down...whimper."

Su Lan: "He's so old already, what did he go to an idol show for... (grinding teeth together)."

Pom Pom: (Plops down on his bum and uses his muddy front paws to hide his eyes..) (In Pom Pom's mind: I can't see. I can't see.) "Medicine god said, it's never too old to gain more knowledge." (Pom Pom is making this up).

Su Lan: "Hah...Pom Pom (sweetly)... you know what the result of lying to me is....."

Pom Pom: (Pom Pom rolls into a ball with his eyes still covered and bum facing Su Lan.)

Su Lan: "Sigh...what did I ever do to deserve this...."

Pom Pom: (Peeks out from his paw.)

Su Lan: "Pom Pom, do you at least know a way I can have this body's memories so I know who is trying to kill her."

Pom Pom: (Unrolls and quickly nods his muddy head.)

Su Lan: "Okay, how?"

Pom Pom: (Runs back to his broken egg shell and pulls out a jade stone.) "This body is also yours. Medicine god wanted to make sure you will come here safely if he is still missing 3 thousand years later which, is the limit the 7 gods can leave their place without having the world start to break down."

Su Lan: (In her mind) In other words, that old geezer planned this out 3 thousand years ago to throw his job at me while he goes partying outside!!!

Medicine god degrading level in Su Lan's speech and mind:

Great (50x) Grandfather -> Great (50x) Grandpa -> Ancient old man -> That old!!! -> Old geezer.

Pom Pom (continues): "He divided your soul into two. He left one part in this world and the other part in your world. After your soul in this world feels the time limit the medicine god put is here, it will pull your soul into this world. Before Medicine god left, he made his angel assistant leave a jade stone here which can aid you to merge both souls again and have both memories."

Su Lan glanced at the muddy jade stone in Pom Pom's paws.  Walks over and lifts Pom Pom and the jade to the sink.

A few moments later....

Su Lan: "Pom Pom, how do you use this jade stone?"

Pom Pom: (Currently being dried by a blow dryer) "Woof?" (Unable to hear her).

Su Lan finished cleaning up Pom Pom, the jade stone, and the muddy floor.

An hour later....

Su Lan: "Pom Pom, how do you use this jade stone?"

Pom Pom: "Put it on your forehead."

Su Lan: "That's all?"

Pom Pom: (Nods head).

Su Lan takes Pom Pom to her bedroom and sits down onto the bed. She puts Pom Pom next to her on the bed and puts the jade stone on her forehead. Once the jade stone touched her head she fainted in a white light. Before she fainted her thoughts were "I knew something like this would happen thank god this time I fainted on the bed and not by bumping my head."
