Chapter 1

Reika's Point of view:

Wearing a red night dress while staring at the camera fiercely. The flash of the cameras are pointing at me, all of the people are looking up at me. I am Reika Bellatrix Zurie Damon, the most beautiful woman in the world.

"That's good!" My photographer cheered and clapped her hands.

I got out of the stage and all of my makeup artists ran towards me. Inayos nila ang makeup ko at binawasan ng kaunti. My photoshoot is done so I'm now free to do whatever I want. I wore a white short skirt and a black crop top with a denim jacket. 

"Bye fellas!" I waved and they waved back at me before I hopped in my car.

I'm free now so I will do whatever I want. Maybe go to a place where there's no people around. Pinaikot ko ang manubela at lumiko sa hindi mataong lugar. I looked at the place and made my pace slow. I stopped my car in front of the huge abandoned building. Bumaba ako sa sasakyan at tumingin sa paligid, I smiled. Perfect place, no one is around and no one will ruin my mood.

Pumasok ako sa loob ng abandoned building. This building is so dark, pumunta ako sa isang pintuan and my mouth hang wide open when I saw a beautiful bed there. Agad akong pumasok at tumingin sa paligid. It was so comfy! The bed is queen size and the color of the ceiling and wall are red and black. Binaba ko ang bag ko sa sofa na nandito, I smiled and jumped on the bed.

"Heaven," I muttered and closed my eyes.

The bed is so fluffy, there's no electricity here so walang aircon or something. But it's cold here, I can feel the wind blowing. Whoever is living here, makikitulog muna ako. And after feeling the soft bed, I fall into a deep slumber.

But I woke up when I felt someone was hugging me, I could feel someone's hot breath hitting my neck. I opened my eyes and my eyes widened when I saw a stranger hugging me with his eyes closed. My mouth hung open when I saw his handsome face, matangos ang ilong, maputi ang balat, mahaba ang pilik mata, his jawline is so hot and his lips are red like the cherry.

But my eyes widened when realization hit me. May lalaking nakayakap sa akin!

"Good evening baby."

I gasped when he opened his eyes and I met his red bloody eyes. His cold stares made me shiver, I gulped. Sinubukan kong alisin ang kamay niya sa baywang ko at kusa naman niya itong inalis kaya tatayo na sana ako but he pulled me and made me rest on his chest.

"I know you're tired, rest with me baby," he whispered and I could feel his warm breath hitting my neck.

I gulped again. I can't speak, para akong naubusan ng laway dahil sa malamig niyang boses. I looked at his cold hands on my stomach. I can't help but to think, who is he? Maybe the owner of this room? Oh my god. I need to go out here before he does something.

I was about to stand up but his hands is on my waist.

"Don't try me baby, rest now," he coldly whispered.

Alam kong gising na ako, gising na gising but I don't know! Bigla na lang pumikit ang mata ko at hinihila na ng antok. But before I fell into a deep slumber, I felt a cold and sharp thing on my neck and that hurt me!

"Sweet."

I woke up and looked around. Nakahinga ako nang maluwag dahil nandito ako sa sarili kong kwarto. But I stopped, is that just a dream? But I still can feel his hands on my waist. I held my neck and my forehead creased when I touched something. May sugat ako sa leeg?

Napayakap ako sa sarili ko. It's cold here in my room, so I looked at the air-conditioner. Nakapatay naman ah? And nakanumber one lang ang fan. I looked around when I felt someone staring at me, again. Nanginig ako dahil doon, kumunot ang noo ko at tumingin sa aking damit. I was shocked when I'm wearing pajamas.

"H-How," I mumbled.

The door of my room opened and when I looked at it, I saw mom smiling at me and walked to my room's window.

"Good morning my dear, I already prepared a breakfast for you, beautiful," she said and smiled at me. I smiled back and giggled.

"Thanks Mom," I said while watching her open the curtains.

Nang mabuksan na niya ang kurtina ay humalik sa balat ko ang sinag ng araw. Mom walked towards me and kissed me on my forehead.

"Always dear, go up and eat your breakfast. The girls are waiting for you downstairs," Mom said and walked to the door and smiled at me.

"I Love yah!" she said and gave me a flying kiss.

I chuckled and gave her a flying kiss too. "I love you too Mom!"

Pagkasara ng pinto ni Mom ay tumayo na ako. I can still feel someone is staring at me but I ignored it, maybe I'm hallucinating. I walked to the bathroom and cleaned myself. Habang naliligo ay hindi ko na maramdaman ang mga tingin na iyon and that made me comfortable to wash myself. I wore a sheer sleeve ruched little black dress and it fit my well curved body. I wore a black stilettos and let my black wavy hair untie.

Simpleng lipstick and foundation lang ang ginawa ko before going downstairs. Pagkababa ay nakita ko ang tatlo na kumakain ng–

"That's my cupcake!" I shouted and I caught their attention.

They smiled at me. "Reika, want mo?" pagyayaya pa sa akin ni Malia.

I rolled my eyes and walked towards them. They are eating my cupcake! Ginawa para sa akin 'yan ni Mom eh.

"That's mine but because you all are makulit, bibigyan ko na lang kayo but tirahan niyo ako," I crossed my arms and raised my eyebrows at them.

Nagkatinginan silang tatlo at nahihiyang ngumiti sa akin.

"Hehe, ubos na namin," Narkisaa said and my eyes widened, I rolled my eyes and left them there.

"Okay," I coldly said and hopped in my car.

I saw them ran outside, tinignan pa nila ang kotse ko at napailing. They know me, I'm a spoiled woman but I know my limitations. Nagtatampo lang ako kasi wala man lang akong natikman sa ginawang cupcake ni Mom.

Pinaandar ko na ang kotse ko, it's my free time today so I'm going to go shopping without them. Hmp! Nagtatampo pa rin ako. And also, I'll try to go to a bar alone. Mom is always teasing me about boyfriends, wala daw akong boyfriend kasi mapili daw ako. Like, nagmana ako sa kaniya. And about my Dad? He's a pilot and yeah, instead na sa eroplano sumakay si Mom–sa pilot siya sumakay.

Being naughty again Reika.

I shook my head. Kung ano-ano na naman ang pumapasok sa isip ko. Oh right! I should buy new books! I'll waste my time on reading books or shopping books. 

Nakarating ako sa mall and a lot of people are looking at me. I didn't wear a cap or sunglasses, makikilala din naman nila ako kahit na magdisguise ako. I walked to the National Book Store, and a lot of people were still staring at me. Lalo na ang mga guys, I shook my head and ignored them. I walked to the fiction and fantasy section and smiled when I saw my favorite novel.

It's a vampire novel, and to be honest, I love vampire fiction! I also love how the vampires in the book show their love for the love of their life.

How I wish I had a kind of life like these vampire books.

Kinuha ko na ang mga books na bibilhin ko and walked to the counter. There I saw a girl smiling at me, I smiled back and gave the books that I will buy.

"That will be 5200 pesos Ma'am," the girl said and I gave her my black card.

Kinuha naman niya ito at ni-swipe na sa machine. Pagkatapos ay lumabas na ako and I decided to grab lunch already. While I'm walking to the restaurant I still can feel someone staring at me. I looked around and my eyes widened when I saw a man wearing a black pants, black hoodie and a black mask and cap. He's standing beside the National Book Store and I was about to run towards the man but he's suddenly gone. He's the man in my dreams! Or maybe yesterday.

I ran towards the National Book Store but hindi ko na siya makita! I pouted and tantrums like a kid. Maybe I'm just hallucinating?

"Miss Damon!"

Napatingin ako sa mga tumatakbong reporters. My eyes widened and was about to run away pero naharangan na nila ako. I let out a sigh and smiled at the camera.

"How's your photoshoot Miss Damon?" The girl wearing a reporter's ID asked.

"Well, it's kinda tiring but I love my career," I said and smiled at them.

"Miss Damon–"

"I'm on my rest day, can you please let me take a rest?" I asked and that made them speechless pero patuloy pa rin ang pagkuha ng litrato sa akin. "I want to have my privacy so please if I'm on my rest day, don't ruin my mood."

I smiled at them once again. Pinadaan naman nila ako dahil sa sinabi ko, they bowed their head and apologized. I just nodded at them and walked to the parking lot. Nawalan na ako ng gana kumain, I'll just go to the abandoned building again. Maybe that man and the room is just my dream, maybe.

Nang makarating ako sa abandoned building ay bumaba na ako. I locked my car and enter the building, agad kong pinuntahan ang pintuan ng kwarto dito. I opened it but my eyes widened, nakita ko na lang ang sarili ko na nakasandal sa pader at nakakulong sa bisig ng lalaking napanaginipan ko.

"Who–"

I was cut off when he smashed his soft lips on mine. I frozed, I couldn't move and I don't know why I'm not pushing him. I… I love how gentle his kisses are.

"Miss me?"
