Chapter 43

Logan's POV

I woke up at the sound of the commotion ensuing outside. The noise grew louder and louder as the chaos seemed to be headed towards the pack house. I got out of bed immediately, not even bothering to change into new clothes, I ran out still in my night robes.

I looked at Elena's peaceful sleeping face and locked the door behind me after ensuring her surroundings was safe enough.

Our lights were knocked out by the opposition but even in the dim moon light, I could make out the outlines of their huge and hairy forms, the rogue wolves had come again.

Their attacks were getting bolder and bolder and this particular one seemed to be targeted at the pack house and at me directly. Even as I watched, my men fought bravely among the horde of invaders in an effort to protect their loved ones and all they held dear at Ravensong Pack.
