Isabelle's POV

The day of our wedding had finally come and I was sitting in my bed with my hands clasped together with a sense of burden weighed on my shoulders, I had tried hard to talk myself out of it but it was still choking me nevertheless.

The light tap on the bedroom door snapped me out of my daze back to reality, looking at the door slightly open and Edna walked in with a huge smile on her face.

“You’re up early, you must be very excited for today.” She smiled at me graciously with my wedding dress in her hand.

Do I have to get ready now?” I frowned, gazing at it.

“Not at all, the ceremony starts in about four hours, I’m only here to keep you company.” She replied keeping me at ease and my mind at rest for a moment, I was happy that at least there was company with me and just maybe I would be able to ease up before the wedding.
