Chapter 170: An Obnoxious Woman

Andrea’s POV

I felt restless and unsure of what to do. I haven't been able to eat anything for the past three days. Perhaps elder Ryker was correct; I should have kept quiet and avoided confronting him. He may now suspect I have ulterior motives and attempt to delve into my background.

I sighed deeply, knowing that the only way to relieve my stress was to pay a visit to Alpha Gideon and tell him how pitiful he was. I wrapped myself in a robe and exited the room.

I entered Alpha Gideon's chamber, pushed the door open, and saw him lying on his bed with his eyes asleep. He opened his eyes when he noticed someone walking into his room, I smirked and approached him.

"All right, all right. I assumed you were asleep, but it appears that your misery was keeping you awake. I pity you, I must say," I remarked tauntingly, and it helped with my nerves for some reason.

I realized I enjoy being at the top, having power over others, and effortlessly manipulating them to do my bidding. Alph
