Andrea’s POV

As Alpha Gideon moved closer to me, I took a step back. He had a wide sneer on his face, and I felt my world crumble before me.

I had gone through a lot for this, and he was supposed to die, not standing on both feet and staring at me.

He sneered, wiping the tip of his nose with the back of his hand, his lips slid to the left side of his face, and his eyes were filled with rage, not that I blamed him after what had transpired.

"How are you on your feet?" I asked and he chuckled softly, relishing my suffering. My eyes raced everywhere, expecting to find something to defend myself with.

“Did you think I would lay down there and just give up, did you think I wouldn’t find a way to save myself? I didn't come this far to give up so easily. The biggest mistake I made is letting you into this pack, I should have left you and your brother to suffer when you came here seeking help, you wouldn’t have jeopardized my plans, every effort I have put out” he said and I snorted.
