Athena’s POV

Lucas's eyes darted between us before he sighed and decided to walk away, I cracked the bone in my neck waiting for Andrea to attack first.

Andrea’s bone cracked as she shifted into her wolf, my bones cracked too, and I shifted, which made my senses heightened and energy pulsing through me. Andrea stalked me like her prey. Her silvery-white fur was illuminated by the moon. She moved with calculated stealth, her eyes focused and unyielding.

The atmosphere grew tense, we stood at the edge of a clearing, our eyes locked in an unwavering stare. A gust of wind rustled the leaves, and unexpectedly, the clash began.

Andrea lunged forward, teeth bared and claws extended, aiming to strike me down with swift precision. But I, having anticipated her aggression, effortlessly dodged the attack, swiftly pivoting on my hind legs. In a swift countermove, I leaped onto Andrea’s back, my vicious teeth sinking deep into Andrea’s shoulder, drawing blood.
