Andrea’s POV

I was so relieved that everything had worked out in my favor, I felt my soul leave my body as alpha Daniel walked into the hall. I believed it was finally over, and the elders would hand me over to them, but things went out so flawlessly that they opted to stay with me even if their old Luna corpse was brought before them.

I was flitting around the room, I couldn't sleep at night, Athena's eyes haunting me, and I couldn't believe I had to see her that way. I saw the hatred in her eyes and noticed how different she looked; she appeared more sassy than before, and she no longer resembled the nimble and easily breakable girl I had known before.
