Chapter 104

Alpha Alex caressed the head of his mate as she laid still and sedated on the bed.

He looked at her and then back at his Beta wolf.

"What did Sandra say again?"

It was like he was forgetting everything that was earlier mentioned to him. All that was on his mind was Amelia and her well-being.

How was she coping?

"We manage to capture Sandra on her way out. She let the others leave but we caught her"

Killian reported.

Alex raised his head and stared at his beta wolf. "The Sandra I know is smart enough to escape. If we caught her, something tells me she wanted to be caught".

He rose on his feet and walked to his Beta.

"Where is she?"

"In the next room. Due to the urgency, I had her locked up in the next room. She will be interrogated soon, on your command".

Alex searched for the nurse and then found her at the corner of the room. She sat up straight, with a worried look on her face.

"Make sure to take care of her and let me know when she wakes up, okay?"

"Yes, Alpha".
