3rd Chapter- "She's Brave"

Cindy and Sandra sit on their regular spot and then talk to each other. Suddenly Mrs. Han prepared their favorite dishes and one bucket of their favorite drinks (alcohol).

"Here it is. I already prepared all of it. Looks like you have something to share with us... huh?" Mrs. Han looked straight at Cindy.

"Hehe, Aunty knows me... well it isot a big deal so let's just enjoy the night... right?" Cindy makes a pitiful expression when unanswering.

"You suddenly came in here and sing without us knowing do you think I Iill bebelieveou that it is not a big deal of a problem, Aish! go! lets her hear..." Mrs. Han still demdemands her.

"Well... its..." Cindy stops when someone suddenly called them.

"Unnie Cindy! Unnie Sandra!"

They all looked at Annie who is rushing to their table.

"Oh, it's Annie!, It rarely sees you here huh!" Cindy immediately change the topic while messing a hair of Annie.

"Eh, I didn't mention to you that she's working now as a PA?" Mrs. Han suddenly remembered.

"A personal assistant? But Cindy also---"

Sandra didn't continue to say anything because Cindy immediately secretly sign to her to not let them know about her extra jobs.

"Well that's good news... now you can also help your parents." suddenly Cindy added that immediately so that she can change the topic again.

"Oh, I almost forgot! Didn't you tell me that you will bring your boss today? This is the day that they are going to visit, right?"  Mrs.Han said.

"We've arrived earlier... while your singing with them, you just didn't notice."

"Then why didn't you tell me?"

"Tsk! I don't want to interrupt you... because I know that it's been a long time since you have bonded with them so..."

"Oh is my daughter being considerate now?"

"Of course... it feels good that I heard them sing again... and make our restaurant more lively again!"

"Then that makes sense," Sandra added.

"Oh you can take care of them now aunty... we are okay here so don't make them wait for too long!" Cindy said.

"That's right make a good impression on them! " Sandra also said.

"Well if you insist... if you need anything your Uncle is inside you can tell him, okay we're going now!" Mrs. Han said.

When the two left already. Sandra looked straight at her.

"Pst! Hey, they are already left it's just the two of us now care to tell me.."

"Well.. I think I failed to get the job today. No! I'm sure I didn't pass!"

"Oh, that's unlucky of you."

Sandra poured two glasses of beer and passed the other one to Cindy who just let out a heavy sigh.

"It looks like much worse happened, come on tell me! it's not good to keep it only to yourself."

"Haah!!" 

Cindy just sights again before she manages to tell her everything that happened that day.

On the other side of the table where Mrs.Han and the other Annie's guest are sitting, Mrs.Han prepared so many kinds of foods and drinks at the table. While Mr.Kim hurriedly eats and drink, while Hajoon is still silent and just watching him. 

"Ah, Mr. Lee is the food is not to your liking... or you want something else I can tell my mom to prefer another." Annie intriguing question.

"Annie is he your boss the one that you told me?"

"Yes, this is Mr. Lee and the other one is  Mr. Kim the manager."

"Hmmh... He kinda looks familiar is he an artist? It looks like I've seen him in a newspaper or magazine."

Mr. Kim choked at his food while Annie and Hajoon nervously looked at Mrs.Han.

"Hehehe.. Ah, mom, it is impossible for you to not recognized him.." Annie said that makes Hajoon and Mr.Kim looked at her more nervously.

"Hahaha!!! what I mean is... Mom every time that someone sees the face of my boss, many people will say that he looks like some famous artist or model and it happens every time and everywhere... right Mr.Kim."

The two-man let out a sigh of relief.

"Yes, yes! That's true the other time someone says that he looks like TAEYONG". Mr.Kim added that make Annie and Hajoon back for being more nervous... 

"Hahaha! he likes to make some jokes now!! Hahaha!"

"Mr. Kim!" Hajoon sim0ply whispered to him.

"Hmmh... TAEYONG?, He is a famous singer here in Korea, right? Well, they have some a bit of resemblance and..."

"Mom!" Annie shouted.

They were all shocked and looked at Annie.

"Hahahaha!!! Well, it's impossible... Mr.Lee is just too handsome that's how someone or some people mistaken him for another person. Also, it is impossible for that kind of person that TAEYONG to visit or dine in our restaurant... isn't it?" Annie immediately explained so that her mother wouldn't notice and never ask once more.

"Hmm, that is true... it is also good that your Sister Sandra didn't see your boss you know her when she saw a handsome it makes her crazy!" hahaha!

"Oh, hahahahha!"

The three of them laughed out loud like there's nothing happened. Hajoon just catches a bow of his head and shakes it like it's HOPELESS.

A few minutes later, Mrs. Han starts to talk in a serious expression.

"Now! Let's get down to the business. I know that you didn't need to go to my restaurant and visit here just to have a taste of my dishes or to have drinks, right! So now tell me, who needs some advice from me. Mr.Kim, is it you again?"

"Me? no no no! it not me?!" he answered.

"If it is not you, then... it is you?" she looked straight in the eye of Hajoon.

All of them looked at Hajoon who is now busy drinking his drink. He stops when he noticed the three sets of eyes that looking at him intensely.

"Then it is you..."

Hajoon sighed as he lowered his drink.

"Well now, tell me what happened..."

Instead of Hajoon telling the story, it was Mr.Kim who explained to Mrs.Han all the things that happened. After they heard all of it. She just sighed.

"So what advice do you want me to tell you?"

"Well can you advise Mr.Lee on what he should do to solve his problem and not to feel mistress anymore..."

"It is simple... Move on!"

"What, just like that?!"

"Divorce her and then you move on."

"Mrs.Han you don't seem to understand, that woman has been his lover for a long time, and then they got married for only three months and then broke up for an unknown reason... it's hard to move on just like that..."

"Mom please understand.. it is really hard for Mr.Lee... she is his childhood sweetheart also his wife for only a short time. If I'm in his situation I can just forget everything just because you say so, it is his First Love!"

"Haist!! nowadays only a few people believe in those kinds of things... It is up to you if you want to continue your life and be happy or you just want to tie yourself and have a hard life and regret forever!"

ALRIGHT, LET ME TELL YOU THIS.

IF YOU WANT TO FIGHT FOR HER WILL SHE BE WILLING TO COME BACK? IF YOU CHASE HER WILL THE TWO OF YOU COME BACK TO THE WAY IT IS LIKE BEFORE? CAN THE TWO OF YOU WILL BE HAPPY AGAIN, IS SHE GOING TO LOVE YOU THE SAME AS BEFORE?" Hajoon sigh before answering her.

"I'm sure she still loves me, maybe, she just tired or confused for now. But I know she's not going to let me alone just like that I know... she loves me." Hajoon still convincing himself.

"If she loves you why did she leave you alone? Why did she hurt you?"

Hajoon still not responding and for the last time, he reminisces the memories that they are happy together.

After a few minutes, all of them were still silent.

"Alright, Let me tell you something. Can you see that girl with high-tied hair, who's sitting in front of the counter..."

All of them looked at Cindy who is now happily talking to Sandra.

"Oh?, its Unnie Cindy!" Annie said.

"What about her?" Hajoon asked.

"Yeah, who is she?" added.

"That's my husband's niece Cindy. Do you know that you were in the same situation back then, it was just that before her ex and she reaches out for marriage. Cindy decided to open her eyes in the real world and stop that nonsense, that what she said to herself, and that is her decision.

She said, before she made a big mistake in her life, she should stop it now!. She is only 22 when that happens but when she said that the most important thing that I never forget is her expression, I see a strong and brave person!. She also said to be the thing that you said to me now.. but you know before I could give her some of my advice she said.

FLASHBACK

"Wait! why am I crying? why does it feel like I'm the only one who's been hurt? Why do I feel like it's only me who is concerned or worried about our relationship..?"

Cindy, later on, receive some messages from her boyfriend that time. And in that text message, there are only three words in there. "LET'S BREAK UP!"

"That is, then when Cindy read it she just run and tell me everything,  and the most precious thing that surprised me.

She didn't cry or she didn't complain about anything she also celebrates that day because she said she was free now because the worthless person in her life had disappeared for good.

And when her best friend Sandra has her heartbreaks and hurt too much because of breaking up and want to suicide. She manages to stop her, she drinks with her all night just so her best friend can move on and live a happy life again, do you know what she said to her?

IT'S NOT WRONG TO LOVE TOO MUCH, IT'S NATURAL TO GET HURT AND MAKE MISTAKES, BUT IT IS NOT RIGHT TO BE STUPID ESPECIALLY IF IT IS NOT WORTH IT! IF WE GIVE EVERYTHING WE HAVE FOR THE PERSON WE LOVE. HOW ABOUT US?? IF THEY CAN'T REPAY OUR LOVE AND EFFORT DO YOU THINK THEY DESERVE TO BE LOVED BY US? WE JUST WANT TO BE HAPPY WITH THE  SPECIAL PERSON THAT WE LOVE! WE ALSO DESERVE TO RECEIVE LOVE, AND WE DON'T DESERVE THOSE WHO CAN NOT LOVE US!

"Now, can you understand what I want to convey to you child?" Mrs.Han stands up and puts her hand on Hajoon's shoulder.

"Do you know what makes her different from you? She was brave and that also you need so that you can bear the problem that you have now..."

"How old is she now?" hajoon asked while still looking at Cindy.

"Now, she's going to become 25 next month." Mrs.Han smiled at him.

"So now... I think I'm done here! I will leave you all here now... so eat more and drink more okay don't worry it is on the house!"

Mrs.Han said and then go back to the table where Cindy and Sandra sitting.

"Your mother is so nice!" Mr.Kim said to Annie.

"Of course! she is always like that to everyone!" Annie's proudly said.

While the two of them still chatting Hajoon drinking his beer, and still in the middle of thinking then he remembers the thing that Mrs.Han's said also the words that he can't forget the words that, THAT GIRL said.

He simply take a glance at Cindy who is busy playing tricks on Sandra with Mrs. and Mr.Han.

He says to his mind.

(She's very young yet she can get through this kind of situation. If it is those words came from you. Huh!, she said those words, she is very matured to think about her age and she is right... BRAVE and STRONG)

He keeps on looking at her while Cindy still has not noticed anything she is so happy having fun with Sandra and Mrs.Han, also after a while Annie joined then and Mr.Han joined too.
