KAVAN’S POV

“Stop ignoring me; that is so childish,” I said. “You don't have to be acting like a kid; be mature for once,” I added. I knew those words would get to him, so I knew I had to use them. He stopped right in his tracks and finally responded to me.

“You are free to talk. What is it?” He replied. “It is about you and me. It is about what has been going on.” I said, “And what could that be, Kavan?" He responded. “I don't like how you are acting so oblivious about this. I know what you are planning, and I am pretty sure you have us in mind,” I said. “This is so weird; we are both fighting for the same woman when technically she was mine before you snatched her to be your mate. All this is weird; we are father and son, and this should not be so,” I added.
