Chapter 85: Betrayal

Killian lifted his brow to me when I didn't make any movement to eat. I don't like the food. I'm hungry for something else aside from wanting information from him.

"Is the food not to your liking? Should I give you some ice chips instead?" he asked me with a smile.

"Oh that," I replied, feeling my mouth water from the mere words he said. Now that everything is calm between Killian and I, I felt the need to eat Ice chips.

"Alright, I ask someone to bring you ice chips," he said before standing up and walking to the door talking to the guard. He went back to his seat and continued eating.

"Does Erix know I'm here? Has anyone from The Blood pack talked to him?" I couldn't keep the words flowing out of my mouth. It had been days since I'd last seen or heard from him or any of my pack. I was growing anxious.
