Myles chuckled softly before saying, "You're not entirely wrong. There's one thing you got right; bringing down the Alaister family is truly as simple as moving my lips."

The crowd burst into laughter again, dismissing his words as mere bravado. They were not taking him seriously at all.

"You're really something, you know that?"

Pierce was furious, and he raised his hand to slap Myles across the face.

He was not aware of Myles' easy victory over Al. Otherwise, he would never have been so reckless. However, Myles kept his hands behind his back, showing no intention of retaliating or even dodging.

As Pierce's slap was about to land, Byrd suddenly grabbed his arm and delivered a sharp slap to his face.

Everyone was stunned. They could not believe that this seemingly gentle woman would dare strike, especially someone like Pierce.

Pierce clutched his stinging cheek in disbelief. "You wretch! How dare you hit me?"

Before he could finish his sentence, Byrd slapped him again. "Watch yo
