Chapter 25

Theodore

He lied in his bed, eyes closed, thinking of only one face. Since the night he had helped Natalie with her studies, the urge to see her face all the damn time had increased manifold.

He had not made a move that day, but the fact that he had enjoyed the evening was bugging him. He had laughed, took educational notes in his hand after years, and most importantly, felt good. Time spent with her was worth every second, and the feeling when he was beside her was exceptional. His heart felt full. Something he should feel with Kim.

Theo turned over, grumbling low in his throat. This marriage stuff was getting frustrating. All he could hear was marriage and he felt as if a noose was tightening up around his neck.

He got up from the bed and headed to office. Two weeks had passed and he needed Natalie.

Natalies exams had been good, and she knew that she won’t top her class but she will get good grades.
