CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND _  FIFTEEN

ALPHA DEREK'S POV

We had promised to keep issues aside and focus on today, and my good-for-nothing secretary had just texted me that the meeting had been scheduled for today at five pm and it was almost five pm.

I was infuriated and wanted to call her and scold her. But then I remembered that we had agreed that there was no time and we needed to do the meeting as soon as possible, and I was the one who had asked him to fix a date and time, then communicate with us. Plus calling her would break the rule even more.

"Are you okay?" Sally asked me.

"Sure", I replied and raised my head to look at her. "I'm sorry", I muttered.

"It's fine dear", she replied and patted my shoulder. "But in other to avoid a repetition of this, I want us to take your phone away from you, or better still you will have to switch it off. See? I have intentionally placed my phone in the car and switched it off so I wouldn't get tempted to view social media, or read people's chats", Sally said.
