Rhiannon’s point of view

I stared at myself in the mirror, looking at the bruises on my body. Even makeup could not hide this, no matter what I tried.

My cut on the head was finally closed thanks to my wolf, but the bruises would take days. I sniffled back before brushing through my hair.

I had my charity shelter today, but I was covered in bruises. Sparring with Enzo felt like I was trying to fight for my life. It was as if he was angry with me.

I quickly covered up my bruises with some concealer and foundation before I put on baggy jeans and a bodysuit with a hoodie.

I wore a cap and some sunglasses before making my way out of the house. “Are you okay?” Michele asked me as I nodded my head, heading to the car.

“You don’t look okay,” Rodrigo added as I snapped my head in his direction before continuing walking to the car.

“Can we just get this over with? I have classes in the afternoon” I said to them as I grabbed one box and then headed towards the car I was using.
