"YOU'RE REALLY AMAZING, MY SOIRYE. YOU NEVER FAILED TO AMUSE AND SATISFY ME.”

Damon planted a soft kiss on the side of my forehead as he drew me closer to him. I was happy for what we did, yes. Pero naa-anticipate ko na kung ano ang mga susunod na mangyayari; and with that, I was never happy. I will never be.

"My Soirye…” Hindi pa rin ako sumagot. "I missed this. I missed… you.”

I remained silent as I stare at the ceiling of the hotel room where we chose to stay. That was the only safe place I have. That was the only space that remains pure and peaceful. And nor will I let Damon invade that personal value I have in my home.

"Don't you miss me too, My Temptress?” he asked again.

I bit my lower lip—trying to suppress my response towards his question. I know in myself that what he's doing is just an act of trap. He wants me to fall in his trap. And as hard as it may be, I know that I should try my best.

"I have to go,” with all my strength, I said. Bumangon na rin ako at lumayo sa kanya. Bumaba agad ako sa kama at inisa-isang pulutin ang bawat piraso ng saplot ko na nagkalat sa sahig.

"Fuck. How can you be so seductive even with that little moves of yours? Damn,” Damon said again with his sultry voice.

Because of that, I unconciously covered my breast and private with my hands; still holding every piece of my clothes.

"So cute,” he went on.

"S-Stop it,” saway ko sa kanya. Nahihiya na 'ko. Hiyang-hiya.

"Are you sure you want to leave? `You sure you want to leave me hanging?”

As if his voice have its own power, my eyes slowly turned to him. He's resting his back on the bed's headrest. His body was bare. From his sturdy, well-balanced chest, my eyes went to his tummy; then to his manhood… his fully-erected manhood.

Napalunok ako.

"Come here, My Temptress.” He tap the empty space beside him.

Nag iwas na 'ko ng tingin. "H-Hindi na, Damon. I really have to go—”

"Damn. I think, I know what you're up to. Bakit ba 'di ko agad nakuha 'yon?” he said, making me shut the hell up. Then he laugh.

I was caught off guard when suddenly, he stood up. Bigla rin s'yang lumapit sa'kin. He then pulled me by the hair as he take me back to the bed.

"A-Aray! Ano ba, Damon?! Let go of me—” All of my words were suppressed on my mouth when he suddenly kiss me. He did it without any warning. He didn't even hesitate.

"I didn't know you like it rough, My Soirye,” anas n'ya habang patuloy ang marahas na paghalik sa'kin. He even bit my lips slightly; causing me to taste what seems to be… blood. Nasugatan pa yata 'ko sa ginawa n'yang pagkagat ng mariin sa mga labi ko.

Tuluyan na 'kong walang nagawa nang bigla n'ya akong itulak pabalik sa kama. Hindi naman masyadong malakas 'yon, pero malaking tao s'ya kaya kahit papaano ay may impact 'yon na naging dahilan para mapahagis ako pahiga sa kama.

"D-Damon, please. Just let me go,” pagmamakaawa ko habang nakatitig sa papalapit na si Damon.

"I will, My Temptress. But it's for later. For now, dito ka muna. Sa'kin ka muna,” bulong n'ya ulit.

He grabbed me again for a hotter kiss. Then he gripped my waist—turning my body behind; patalikod sa kanya. I was on my fours when suddenly, he smack my butt!

"A-Aray!” daing ko pero kasabay no'n, napakagat-labi ako dahil hindi ko maitatanggi na lalo akong nakaramdam ng matinding desire dahil sa ginawa n'ya.

"That's what you got for being a bad, bad girl.” Damon repeat what he just did. But this time, I didn't got to complain that it somehow hurts. Instead, I moaned. "Yeah, that's right, My Temptress. Moan my name!”

I clenched my fist, gripping against the bedsheet as I tried not to moan. I'm trying my best to suppress my pleasured reaction; alam ko kasi na sa bawat pag ungol at pagbibigay ko ng motibo na gusto ko rin ang mga ginagawa n'ya, doon mas tumitindi 'yung desire n'ya at mas nagiging intense ang mga bagay na posible n'ya pang maisip na gawin sa'kin.

He pulled my hair once more as he starts to throb in and out of me. I want him to think that I'm not happy anymore with what he does.

Not until he stopped those throbs and instead, adjusted his distance against me. Then he started licking my private as he entered his finger inside me. And it send chills—pleasurable chills—towards my entirety.

"That's what I thought. You think you can resist me, huh?” Damon whispered. Kahit hindi ko s'ya nakikita, alam ko na nakangisi s'ya. Saglit lang s'yang tumigil sa ginagawa n'ya para sabihin ang mga katagang 'yon. Then he continued with his business.

Naging tuluy-tuloy na 'yung pag ungol ko. Hindi na 'ko nakapagpigil. And before I knew it, I found myself being under his spell. Again. That I am in to worship and make him feel pleasured and satisfied.

I feel insulted. What does that man think about me?! At least sila, they got to get the right payment for their effort and performance. Samantalang ako, 'eto. 'Eto lang!

"Is this what you think I am worthy of? Damn you!” I took the bucket full of fried chicken; then I throw it against the wall. Gano'n din 'yung ginawa ko sa iba pang kasama ng fried chicken na 'yon. Those were fries, burgers, rice… balak pa yata 'kong patabain ng loko.

In rage, I took my phone and was about to call Kyree; not until I saw something that made my eyes almost fall out of its socket.

90 MISSED CALLS FROM BOTH FROM RAIZEN'S MANAGER AND KYREE!

They're been calling me nonstop since… 6 a.m.?!

My eyes went wide once again after seeing what time is it already. Pasado alas dose na ng tanghali!

I quickly opened my messaging app and what shocks me more was the message I got from Raizen Policarpio's manager. It was sent to me exactly by 11:40 P.M.! Says there:

"After a short meeting with the team, payag na kami sa one-on-one interview mo with Raizen. Let's meet tomorrow at my office—8 A.M. sharp.”

E-Eight a.m…

"Come on, pick up the phone. Come on…”

"Hello—”

"Yes, hello?! This is Winter. Are you still at your office?” I didn't wait for her to finish and I asked.

"What? Excuse me, are you still expecting us to wait for you for… what? Four hours? I'm sorry, Miss Winter. But Raizen here got so much to do. He got so many line ups that we couldn't afford to have such delay—”

"Ten minutes. Give me ten minutes and I'll be at your office.”

I hear no response from her.

"I'll be coming,” I firmly said. Hindi ako humihingi ng permiso sa kanya. I'm stating a dictation.

"Ha? Pasensya na pero—”

"I thought, I made it clear that I don't want any rejection. Hindi ako tumatanggap no'n. Ten minutes it is, be ready.”

Pinatayan ko na s'ya ng tawag. I fixed myself and immediately leave the room.

"Good morning, are you Miss Soirye—”

"Yeah, but pasensya na. I can't entertain right now. I'm busy, nagmamadali ako—wait, what?” Huli na nang ma-realize ko na second name ko ang in-address sa'kin ng staff. Hindi "Winter" kung saan ako kilala ng marami. He called me by my second, private name.

"Miss Soirye Galveza?” sabi ulit ng lalaki.

Napatango ako habang unti-unti s'yang hinaharap. "Yes? I am… Soirye Galveza. What's the matter?”

"Magche-checkout na po ba kayo?”

Tumango ulit ako. "Yes. Why?”

"Daan po muna kayo sa reception area, Ma'am. Hindi pa po kasi bayad 'yung kwarto n'yo. This way na lang po.”

A month had passed since the encounter I had with Damon on the rooftop bar. The memory of his chilling words, his unsettling aura, still lingered in my mind. It was Damon, his name flashing across the screen. I was more than determined to ignore his calls, especially after everything that has been done. The air hung heavy with the scent of pine needles and the faint, sweet aroma of cinnamon. Damon, his brow furrowed in concentration, carefully arranged the last of the carefully chosen Christmas ornaments on the grand fir that dominated the living room. He glanced at his grandparents, their faces aglow with the warm light of the crackling fireplace. They were smiling, their eyes crinkled with genuine joy, their hands clasped together in a gesture of contentment. He felt a surge of relief wash over him. He had done it. He had convinced them.Three days ago, when they had arrived at their cozy cabin nestled amidst the snow-dusted pines, Damon had been met with a wave of apprehension. His grandparents, with their old-fashioned ways and unwavering belief in the sanctity of tradition, had been hesitant about their grandson’s unconventional lifestyle. They had raised an eyebrow at his choice of career, his penchant for traveling, and his unconventional living arrangements.Damon, however, h

The air in Soirye’s small apartment hung heavy with the scent of stale coffee and unwashed laundry. It was a stark contrast to the vibrant, chaotic energy that usually filled the space. Six months had passed since Damon had left for the Philippines, and the silence that had settled over the apartment was deafening. Soirye, perched on the edge of her worn-out couch, stared blankly at the flickering television screen. The news droned on in the background, a cacophony of words that seemed to blur together, devoid of meaning. Her gaze drifted to the framed photograph on the coffee table, a snapshot of Damon and her, arms slung around each other, their faces lit with a shared joy. It was a reminder of the laughter, the adventures, the unspoken bond that had connected them.A wave of longing washed over her, a bittersweet ache that tugged at her heart. She missed Damon’s infectious laughter, his quick wit, his unwavering presence. She missed the way he could effortlessly fill a room with h

1 year later… DAMON'S P. O. VThe air hung heavy with the scent of lilies and the damp earth of the cemetery. I placed the basket of flowers, a vibrant splash of color against the grey headstones, in front of the grave. "It's been almost a year. I'm still missing you. I still miss you…” I whispered, my voice hoarse with unshed tears.I stood there, staring at the inscription, my mind a jumbled mess of grief and guilt. I should have been beside her sooner. I should have been beside her every day, holding her hand, telling her how much I loved her. But I was lost in my own world, oblivious to the pain she must have felt in her final days.I turned away, my eyes searching the horizon, as if looking for someone who was no longer there. The sun, a pale disc behind the clouds, cast long shadows across the cemetery, making the world feel even more desolate.Suddenly, a pair of arms wrapped around me from behind, a familiar warmth radiating through my body."Damon," a voice, soft as a whisp

But the ache in my muscles, the lingering warmth in my heart, the contented smile on Winter's face as she slept beside me, were all too real.I slipped out of bed, careful not to disturb her. She looked so peaceful, so serene, her face illuminated by the soft morning light. I leaned down and kissed her forehead, the warmth of her skin sending a shiver down my spine."Good morning, My Soirye," I whispered, my voice husky with emotion. "I love you."She stirred, a sleepy smile gracing her lips. "Good morning, Damon," she murmured, her voice soft as a whisper. We were home, back in the place where our love story began, a place that held the echoes of our laughter and the whispers of our dreams. The house we rented was small, a modest bungalow perched on a hill overlooking the ocean. It wasn't fancy, but it was ours, a haven away from the world's chaos. Soirye stood before me, her face pale under the harsh fluorescent lights of the café, her eyes wide and defiant. My hand, still tingling from the force of my grip, ached with the memory of her weight in my arms."You know," I began, my voice rough, "you could have just told me.
