They soon arrived at the prearranged location. After getting out of the automobile, Joseph felt relieved as he opened the door. Wiping away his perspiration, he turned back to face the two occupants of the car.

With a neutral attitude, Stella stood up and pushed the icy-faced Clarence out of the vehicle. Joseph had the sudden impression that they were a perfect match.

Clarence’s breath was usually sufficiently frigid. Though Stella was furious, he felt she could breathe new life into the car. Their union was intended.

Jude and Riley also showed up. Riley approached her because of her dejected expression. "Lala, you don't look right, are you ok?"

When Stella heard this, she unwillingly grinned and muttered, "I'm fine."

"Good, let me help you." Riley said that, stepping forward and grabbing the wheelchair before waiting for Stella to respond.

For a brief moment, Stella froze, and her hand unconsciously released. Watching as Riley pushed Clarence inside, she stood motionless.
