The CEO's Crises!

 Episode 12

Landon pulled up in his car and noticed Emily sitting at the bus stop, tears streaming down her face. He quickly got out of the car and rushed over to her.

"Emily, what's wrong?" he asked, concern etched on his face.

Emily looked up, startled, and tried to compose herself. "I...I just " she stammered.

 Landon noticed the curious glances from passersby. He quickly stood up and helped Emily into his car, wanting to shield her from the prying eyes.

"Let's get out of here," he said gently. "We can talk in the car."

As they drove away, Emily broke down again, and Landon let her cry. He didn't know what had happened, but he was determined to be there for her. he made a quick stop at a pharmacy to pick up some pain relievers and calming tea for Emily. He could tell she was exhausted from crying and needed something to help her relax.

Once they arrived, Emily finally felt safe enough to let go of her emotions. She broke down in Landon's arms, sobbing uncontrollably as he held her close, whispering words of comfort and support.

        

        " Let it all out em...am here for you" he whispered softly into her ears while she held him tight sobbing uncontrollably.

Eventually, her tears subsided, and she fell asleep in his arms, exhausted. Landon carefully carried her to the guest room, making sure not to disturb her. He gently laid her down on the bed, covering her with a soft blanket.

As he looked at her peaceful face for a second before he went back to the living room, making sure everything was quiet and calm for Emily's rest. He picked his phone and dialed a number.

        

        " Hello..umm tom, I don't think I'll be coming back today so you guys should take care without me....no no there's no problem...yeah... thanks okay am hanging up" he ended the call and sighed staring at the guest room door.

As Ryan stepped out of the car, a swarm of reporters surrounded him, microphones and cameras thrust in his face.

        🗣️ "Mr Ryan what sparked the fight with Mr Trevor?" 

     👤"Did it have something to do with Miss Alex?"

     👥 "Why did you punch him?" "Is it true you're feuding over a woman?"

Ryan's face was expressionless as he pushed through the crowd, ignoring their questions. 

      "No comment," he repeated, his voice firm but calm.

The security team rushed to his side, clearing a path through the chaos. 

     "Let's go, Boss," one of them said, escorting him into the building.

Once inside, Tyler greeted him, his expression tense. "Boss, we have a situation. The media is going wild, speculating about the fight. They're saying it was over Miss Alex, that you two were arguing over her. The board members are holding an emergency meeting right now and I'm sure they'll be calling for your resignation."

Boss's jaw clenched, his mind racing with the implications. "What else?" he growled.

Tyler hesitated before continuing. "They're also saying that you're unfit to lead the company, that your personal life is affecting your judgment. We need to do some damage control, and fast."

The elevator doors opened, and they stepped inside, the doors closing behind them like a shield. Boss's phone buzzed nonstop with calls and messages, but he ignored them, focusing on the crisis at hand.

As Ryan entered the boardroom, he could hear the murmurs of argument among the members. He took a deep breath in and out, composing himself before making his entrance. The board members stood up as he entered, but their faces were etched with frowns.

Ryan swept the room with a gaze, his eyes lingering on each member for a moment before he sat down. The board members followed suit, their expressions unyielding.

"What's the purpose of this sudden meeting?" Ryan asked, his tone neutral, as if he was unaware of the reason.

Mrs. Johnson, a middle-aged woman spoke up first. 

     "Ryan, we're concerned about your behavior. The fight with Mr Trevor was unacceptable, and the media is having a field day."

Mr. Charles, a portly man with a red face, added

      "Yes, and what's this we hear about a personal feud with Mr Trevor over miss Alex? You're putting the company's reputation at risk."

Ryan's expression remained calm, but his eyes narrowed slightly. "I don't know what you're talking about," he said, his tone laced with a hint of innocence.

The board members exchanged skeptical glances, and Mr. Lee, a slender man with a stern face, spoke up. 

    "Don't play dumb, Ryan. We all know what happened between you and Trevor This is unacceptable." He said hitting his hand on the table, Ryan threw him a glare and he cleared his throat obviously afraid.

        

    "I'd like to clarify that most of what the media is saying is not true."

Ryan said with a frim but calm voice

        Mrs. Johnson scoffed. "That's not important, Ryan. What matters is that our company's name is being dragged into this mess."

The other board members nodded in agreement.

Mr. Charles added, "If this situation isn't addressed immediately, I fear you'll lose your position as CEO."

Tyler, who had been quietly observing the exchange, suddenly dabbed his forehead with a handkerchief, despite the air-conditioned room.

Ryan's eyes flashed with anger. He slammed his hand on the table, making everyone jump. 

      "How does my personal reputation affect my position with this company?" he asked, his tone low and even.

The room fell silent, the board members taken aback by Ryan's sudden outburst.

Mr. Lee spoke up, his voice measured. "Your personal life reflects on the company, Ryan. If you can't manage your own affairs, how can we trust you to manage ours?"

Ryan's gaze locked onto Mr. Lee, his eyes blazing with intensity. 

        "Wrong" he said, his voice dripping with controlled anger. "My personal life has never affected my work."

Ryan's chair scraped against the floor as he stood up, his eyes blazing with determination. 

     "I'll fix this so nobody should dare use this as an excuse to take my position."

He glared at each board member, his gaze lingering on each of their faces.

With a final glance, Ryan turned and walked out of the room, Tyler scrambled to follow behind him, almost running to keep up.

As they exited the boardroom, Ryan's phone buzzed with messages and calls. He ignored them, his focus on finding a solution to the crisis.

Tyler caught up to him in the hallway. "Boss what's the plan?" he asked, his voice low.

Ryan didn't slow down. "I'll handle it, Tyler. Just make sure you're ready to back me up."

Tyler nodded, his eyes wide with concern. "I am, boss but what are you going to do?"

Ryan's jaw clenched. "I'll fix this, Tyler. And I'll make sure nobody takes advantage of me."

Ryan stopped in his tracks and turned to Tyler. 

        "Here's what I need you to do," he said, his voice firm.

       "Contact the PR team and get them to work on taking down every negative article about me. I want a complete media blackout on this story."

Tyler nodded, scribbling notes on his phone. "Got it. What else?"

Ryan continued, "Schedule a press conference for my official statement. I want to address the media and set the record straight."

Tyler nodded again. "Okay, and what about the planning team?"

Ryan's eyes narrowed. "I want you to meet with them and come up with a strategy to improve my reputation using our products. We can use this as an opportunity to promote our brand and show the public what we're really about."

Tyler's eyes lit up with understanding.

     "I see what you mean. We can use our products to showcase your commitment to quality and excellence."

Ryan nodded. "Exactly. I want a comprehensive plan, Tyler. I want to come out of this situation even stronger than before."

Tyler nodded, "I'm on it, boss. I'll make sure everything is taken care of."

Ryan looked at him for a moment before he turned and continued walking. Tyler followed close behind, his mind racing with ideas and strategies to execute Ryan's plan.
