*"Now, tell me the real reason why you didn't come home yesterday?" Lily asked and Emily choked on her tea.
" Wha...what are you talking about I. Failed my interview that's why..."
" Just cut it out and tell me the truth, now" lily said staring at Emily suspiciously.
* gosh those eyes of her's are something else, who does she take after* Emily blinked rapidly avoiding her sister's piercing eyes.
"I failed my interview and hanged out at Landon's place, why... anything wrong" she said and Lily scoffed.
" Sis, you know you're a terrible liar right so please don't try to bring up an excuse, just tell me the truth" she said and Emily sighed
" I don't know what you want when I've already said everything" she said again and took a bite out of her bread
"Hmmm, I won't force you to tell me anything but she should know by now I always satisfy my curiosity" she said stressing the curiosity part before going to her room. Emily just sighed. Just then a text entered her phone

Little Bloom kindergarten
Ryan and his team arrived gracefully at the kindergarten.
"Is everything ready?" Ryan asked
" Yes boss, the school is already informed." Tlyer replied
" And what of the parents, are they aware?"
" Yes boss, the school already informed the parents so they will be no problem boss " tlyer replied again and Ryan nodded.
They continued walking till they met the headteacher and three teachers.
"Welcome sir Ryan to little Bloom kindergarten" the middle aged lady spoke with a warm smile.
" Ah, thank you for accepting us on such short notice" Ryan said
" Please it's our pleasure, of all the schools you chose ours which am truly grateful for, please accept these flowers " she said and one of the teacher stepped forward
" Here sir Ryan, this is for you" she said with a cat voice blinking her eyes shly. Ryan just looked at her like she's nothing and faced the headteacher.
" Can we start now?" He asked
" Oh yes please this way" the headteacher pointed and he followed leaving the teacher with the flowers
" Umm, excuse me I'll take that" tlyer said stretching his hand, the teacher hissed and threw it at his face.
"Ah women, they just don't give up do they" he chuckled and went in.
30 minutes later
Ryan paced back and forth in the kindergarten's playground, phone pressed to his ear.
" Tlyer what was I thinking, agreeing to this?" he growled. "I'm aCEO, not some babysitter. I don't get paid to play with blocks and sing nursery rhymes."
Tylor's voice was calm and soothing on the other end of the line.
"Boss just relax. You're doing great."
But Ryan was having none of it.
"Great?" He scoffed
"Am I a joke.Am a powerful businessman, not some entertainment for kids."
" But boss, we can't just leave yet, remember... We need more screen time with you and the Children you know to improve your image" tlyer whispered the last part.
"No! I've had enough, come get me out of this place right now!" He yelled and with a huff he hung up the phone and turned to see a little girl staring up at him, her big blue eyes curious.
Ryan's scowl softened slightly as he looked at her
"Hey" he said, trying to sound gentle.
Ash just looked up at him, her eyes sparkling with mischief. She poked his leg and Ryan couldn't help but smile slightly.
He bent down to Ash's level, "Hey, what's your name?" he asked, smiling.
Ash just stared up at him, her bright blue eyes sparkling. She didn't respond, but instead pointed to a nearby tree.
Ryan followed her gaze and saw a small toy stuck in the branches. "Ah, is that your favorite toy?" he asked, trying to engage her.
Ash nodded enthusiastically, her ponytail bobbing up and down. She pointed to the toy again, making a soft "mmm" sound.
Ryan chuckled. "Well, let's get it down for you, okay?" He stood up and walked over to the tree, trying to reach the toy. Ash followed close behind, her eyes fixed on the toy.
As Ryan struggled to reach the toy while ash watched him.
Finally, he managed to dislodge the toy, and it fell to the ground with a soft thud. Ash squealed with delight, picking up the toy and hugging it tightly.
Ryan smiled, .
"Glad I could help," he said, crouching down beside her.
Ash looked up at him, her bright blue eyes shining with gratitude. She smiled, and Ryan's heart melted. Just then Zander came to them.
"Ash, where were you? I was looking everywhere for you," he asked, his voice soft with concern.
Ash's face lit up with a smile as she gestured to Ryan. Zander's eyes followed her gestures, and then he turned to Ryan.
"Thank you for helping my sister," Zander said, his voice sincere. "I was worried about her.
"You're welcome," Ryan replied, smiling. "I'm just glad I could help."
Zander nodded and held ash hand
"We should go to class now, Ash." Ash nodded and waved at Ryan, her bright blue eyes sparkling with a smile.
Just then, Tylor appeared, breathing heavily. "Am here boss, we can go now"
But Ryan hesitated, his gaze lingering on the twins. "Never mind, I'll stay for a few more minutes," he said, waving Tylor off.
Tylor raised an eyebrow Confused
*Gosh I just don't understand his Change of mind* he thought and followed him .

Mrs grace sighed as she stared at the piece of paper in her hands.
*I can't let then find out, I can't bring the same sorrow to them again* she thought sadly. Her mind went back to what the doctor said to her few hours ago.

"Mrs Wilson, am afraid we still need to run more tests on you and I advise you start preparing for surgery" the doctor said
" Doc, what do you mean by surgery...l..l had a major surgery few years ago so...do I still need one can't you just prescribe some more pills for me huh?" Mrs grace asked scared.
" Am sorry Mrs Wilson but I can't continue to give you pills because... You're symptoms are increasing and the pills I prescribed last time is no longer working in your body"
" Really doc, is they no other way other than the surgery... please I..." She was still talking but the doctor cut her off.
" We still need to carry out some tests first so, next time come along with a guardian."

She cleaned the tears on her face and stood up, just then Emily and Lily came in.
"Huh, what are you two doing here?"she asked a little bit surprised.
"We came to help you out" Emily said and pecked her cheeks.
" Not me though, I just came to eat free pizza here" lilly said and Mrs grace hit her head
" Ouch!...mum, that hurts you know...geez what's your hand made of" she whined
" Tsk tsk tsk, so lazy" Mrs grace Shaked her head, Emily just smiled.
"Mum, did you cry?" Lily asked
"Cry...I...I didn't cry what are you saying " she stammered
"Huh? But your eyes look wet are you sure you..."
"Stop saying nonsense and come help me prepare some orders"Mrs grace cut her off pushing her to the kitchen
"You know both you and Emily are acting wierdly right.....am going to find out just you wait!" She shouted
"Shut up and prepare those pizza will you!" Mrs grace shouted back.
"Mum, you sure you're alright?" Emily asked worriedly
"Don't mind your sister, am totally fine okay, don't worry"she assured her with a smile.

"It will soon be here mam alex "one of the stylist answered shakily. They all knew she's angry and don't want to fall victim of it.

"Here please sign it" Emily said giving the sign book to one of the stylist.
"It's you, hey you delivery lady!Wow! What a small world so we meet again" Alex said with a smirk.
"I have a job for you, " Alex said and Emily stared at her.
"Massage me and get $500, I think you really need it" she said eyeing her, Emily just scoffed
"I rather massage a goat than massage you again" she said and everyone gasped.
