A disaster waiting to happen.

Eve's POV

"Eve!" Tom bellowed upstairs. I dropped the ladle I had been using to mix the porridge and sighed. What was it now? What did he want? He had woken up in a foul mood that morning and so was determined that everyone else had a bad mood as well. 

I glanced behind me to see Nuren, our maid, wiping the dishes with a sour look on her face. I couldn't blame her, I was close to crying, myself.  

"Eve!" Tom bellowed again and grudgingly, I walked out of the kitchen to see him standing on the stairs that led up to our bedroom.  

"Yes Tom," 

"Don't "Yes To" me!" He snapped, half dressed with his white shirt and black suit pants. There was a tie hanging off his neck, halfway done. "Where's my tie?!" 

I frowned, cocking my head to the side. "What tie?" 

"Don't give me that dumb look! I told you to pick

Why is this taking so long to get more chapters? This is a good story and I am getting frustrated having to go read other books in between! It takes away from staying focused!
