Christina’s POV

The woman pulled away and stared at me with a warm smile on her face. She stared at me and walked around me, while I stared on in confusion.

“You look so pretty and gorgeous. Scott definitely made the right choice this time. I’m one hundred percent with him. Such a lovely girl,” She complimented, still smiling.

It was either she didn’t care that I didn’t share her sentiments with her, and was lost or she hadn’t given much thought to the expression on my face.

“I’ve waited so long for him to be married to a decent girl. You know, I have to see my grandkids before the cold hands of death pull me away but my stubborn nephew has refused to let me see them. But here you are, my darling, a lovely girl that will bear lovely kids,” She praised, still fascinated by my presence in his home.
