Chapter 26:Hiking

Sofia’s POV

“Where the two of you go?” Danny asked us when we returned. Marcus just shrugged his shoulder while I just smiled and ignored his question. He raised an eyebrow, but then later, a smirk formed on his lips.

What the hell is he thinking again? “Did the two of you –” I quickly stopped him. “No, it’s not what you are thinking, Danny. You nasty asshole.” He laughed hard. “What? I didn’t say anything. What are you thinking, Sofia? I was about to say the two of you roam around the woods,” he said.

My face turned red slightly. I wasn’t thinking about something intimate, okay? The way Danny looked at us was just… he was thinking something nasty. I felt Marcus' arm on my waist, so I looked up.

“Don’t mind him. Let’s go,” he said. I nodded. While walking away, I heard Danny laugh hard. He loved to tease us now—that jerk.

After we ate our lunch, we ready ourselves. We will hike and camp. They suddenly changed the plan a few hours ago. We will stay here till morning.
