Madine gently flung her eyes open, and her orbs scanned around the room until she found Liam on the other side, opening a new syringe. She touched her forehead feeling light-headed.

“Liam.” She called, her voice was barely above a whisper.

Liam turned in her direction quickly. He walked over to her and sat on the bed, next to her.

“How are you feeling.” He placed her head on his lap, running his fingers through her hair.

“Where are they?” She looked at him.

“The kids?” Liam asked and she nodded gently.

“Nadine can't take care of them. I want my kids back, that's all I want.”

Liam nodded.

“I know but you have to be saved first. Nadine is a bitch, she wants you dead. I can’t have you going back to her like this, you are weak.”

Madine gently sat up, Liam holding her up. She rested her back against the headboard before holding his hands.

“Liam, help me get my kids back, I beg you. I don't care if I die and I would rather die than watch Nadine take care of my children.”
