Eight months passed since Madine was admitted into the mental ward. They said she wasn't feeling well and needed to be there. However, that was not the real story.

Tristan and Nadine tried to make the children happy, but they kept asking for their mother. Hence, Nadine decided to make Madine look sick to her kids. She showed the three of them a video of their mother scattering every place in the hospital, behaving abnormally. Then she said,

“Your mother is mentally ill, and I am her twin sister, I want to take care of you until your mother gets better. Your mommy will only be proud of you when she gets better if you live a good life.”

Tristan had thought of bringing Madine back until he saw that they started to yearn to stay. He asked Nadine what she had done but she lied saying they got used to her.
