CHAPTER EIGHTY ONE

MIA'S POV

I was kind of scared Aiden might tell me to stay back and not make this trip with my Aunt because of the incident that took place yesterday.

Although he tried to hide it from me, by now, I know him way too much to know exactly when he is worried. This whole issue is so exhausting.

God! When will all of these end? Why can't things just go back to the way it used to be before all this headache started happening.

It felt nice leaving the house yesterday even if it was just for a few hours. It was even more fun being with my Aunt and cousin until that guy bumped into me.

I have tried so hard to remember where and how we must have known each other but to no avail. I seriously do not think I have met that guy before. I have always had a remarkable memory and I don't easily forget things.

I'm very sure I would have remembered him even if we never really talked. Something doesn't seem right with this. Now, I understand why Aiden reacted the way he did and seems so unease even
