Margaux stiffened.

Her eyes turned round like a saucer.

She then quickly covered her mouth with her palms as she stared at the banner on the top of the staircase with her teary eyes.

"Who made that?" She asked and pointed at the banner.

Helena, the caretaker of the mansion smiled at her, "Your father called and asked us to do something that will make you feel at home. He mentioned that your husband called you love so we thought of adding it,” the old woman cheerfully explained. “Jan-jan was the one who suggested it,” she added proudly.

Her heart instantly sank.

She didn't know why her father did that. It only made her miss Hendrix even more and longing for him tremendously.

It boosted her hope just to drop it on the ground real quick.
