Chapter 204: Flowers

Margaux’s eyebrows furrowed as she stopped and looked at the guard.

“Come again?” she queried.

“A truck of roses has been delivered to you, Miss Margaux,” the security guard repeated.

Her jaw clenched. Although she should be flattered to receive such things, she couldn’t help but be annoyed because she was never fond of extravagant gifts despite her social status.

“From whom?” she inquired.
