Chapter Thirty Seven

Dennis rushed toward Cole with an uncontrollable rage and yanked him off Kelsey. He grabbed him by the collar with both hands and pinned him to the wall.

"You son of a bitch. What the hell are you doing?" Dennis growled at his face.

Before Cole's lips could part, he received a resounding strike on his right cheek and his vision automatically became blurred.

Dennis shifted Cole from the wall and slammed him against the door. Cole came crashing on the hard floor while Dennis roared in anger.

"Speak you bastard. What were you doing to her?"

Kelsey had now slipped into unconsciousness. Janet saw the way Dennis was rough handling Cole. She covered her lips with both hands.

Meanwhile, Peter was exploring the other side of the building, screaming Kelsey's name.

Blood was already gushing out from the corners of Cole's mouth. "Who are you?" he managed to ask. He tried to stand up but Dennis kicked him on the belly and he fell to his knees.
