Chapter Sixty Five

Kesley seemed so stunned for words, she couldn’t believe what Dennis was saying. How could he ask her to stop practicing with Peter. Wasn’t he the same person who said she could practice with anyone.

“I didn’t hear you properly Dennis, what did you say?” She asked calmly, hoping that she probably heard him wrongly.

Dennis straightened up on the chair and placed his right hand under his jaw.

“I said I want you to stop practicing with Peter.”

Kesley gave a slight cough and walked back to where Dennis is seated, she pulled out the chair adjacent him and sat down carefully, her confusion was boldly written on her face.

“Why?” She asked.

“Nothing at all, I just want you to stop practising with him.” Dennis replied scratching his hair as he spoke.

Kesley didn’t believe him because it was obvious he was hiding something with how nervous he looked.

“That isn’t a reason for me to stop practising with him, I mean why would I just stop practicing with Peter because of your supposed nothing?”
