CHAPTER SIXTY-THREE

VENITA:

Unlike other times when I often got confused or couldn't remember what happened, this time everything was crystal clear in my memory. I could vividly recall the details of the scientific study I had been conducting. It was utterly perplexing – how had I become connected to the animal kingdom?

The glowing eyes, the sharp fangs, the growing claws, the sensation of bones shifting and breaking, and the sudden appearance of fur – all of these things were unmistakably linked to the world of wolves. Among a host of other supernatural beings like vampires, witches, banshees, and more, it seemed I was now a wolf. It felt surreal, and I couldn't help but laugh in my head. If this situation hadn't been replaying itself so vividly in my thoughts, I might have thought it was just a hallucination.

The reality of this discovery was overwhelming. There was so much to grasp, study, and process. But, right now, I was simply too tired, confused, and emotionally drained. I was thankful to find my
