Chapter 65

Asher's POV

Arabella was not too excited about the news I had told to her. I could understand why.

When my father died, I was broken and I couldn't think straight for a week.

My father was my all. He was on my side always. Because of my father, I was confident and I was happy. I always felt untouchable when I was with him.

My mother was on my sister's side and my father took mine. He would occasionally take my sister's side but he was mostly on mine.

Everything was going well with our pieces of training for me to become a great alpha like him. He taught me to run better. To speak better. To command respect and to be empathetic.

We had gone for one more run and come back when I asked Father for the last one.

"Father, I think we should go to that side," I said to him when I pointed over the mountain.

"You should not go there, Asher" he looked into my eyes with his blue eyes. We had the same eyes and the same nose. He even angled his face just like mine when he was confused.

"Why not?!
