Malia’s POV

I could hear screams and the shuffling of feet as people scampered around. I looked around. No one is to ask questions. So I ran outside.

Everyone in the pack was running around like headless chickens. I grabbed the arm of a fat woman.

“Tell me what’s going on!” I shook her violently.

“A girl has just been kidnapped. Buy the rogues!” she yelled into my face and ran off. I knew that my time playing wifey was over. Mila had told me that the moment the pack is thrown into a quagmire, I should know that’s its time. Time to leave.
