“Alright, Elara Alinsky. You got distracted by his sexy body and alluring scent but now,” I mumbled to myself, looking at my shadow in the mirror. “You have to get your sh-t together and not forget the purpose of coming here.”

‘Think clearly for once, Elle. You can’t be that cruel,’ Liv scowled, getting on my nerves already.

‘I have to make him reject me, Liv. I can’t live like this. Have you ever thought about me? How does it feel when I sleep in my bed and imagine my mate being in another woman’s bed?’ I inhaled a breath sharply, taking the support of the dressing table to stand steadily.

‘I’m your wolf counterpart so you’re not alone who is feeling this pain and jealousy.’ she retorted to me gloomily. ‘But I want to get rid of that Kathy, not our mate.’

‘It’s not her fault. If my mate goes to another woman, I won’t go around making that woman’s life hard. I’ll just blame my mate for cheating on me, for not thinking of me,’ I shouted at Liv before blocking her.
