Kira's POV

The reaction I got from Xavier was a lot worse than what I had expected. Seeing so much anger on his face, I Immediately knew that a big punishment awaited me. I didn't even know why I had hit him, This wasn't the first time he was bullying me and it certainly wouldn't be the last.

" You fucking bitch! " Xavier was furious, he couldn't believe that I had just raised my hand on him. He was quick to take action. He grabbed me by my hair and slammed my face hard on the table he had promised to fuck me on

I was in so much pain that I couldn't even open my eyes after that. I slid to my knees and cradled my injured face. I could feel blood pouring out of my nose. But Xavier didn't stop there, he kept kicking me hard on my stomach until I almost lost consciousness.

" You should have felt lucky that I would even sleep with someone like you! You are nothing but a disgusting bitch, a total bastard who no one wants anything to do with. It would be better if I just killed you now and saved the alpha the trouble of doing so in the future"

" S...stop h...hitting me...Please" I begged with tears running down my face. I regretted my actions already and wished I had just allowed Xavier to do whatever he wanted. I couldn't imagine what my father would do to me when he heard of this, I was sure Xavier would make up a twisted story to tell him.

Just when I thought Xavier had gotten tired of hitting me and was going to leave me alone, the door of the room was pushed open and Lucille marched in with an angry expression. She glared at me on the floor with hatred. " Xavier, someone said you were talking with this trash earlier, what did you do?"

" Calm down my love, I didn't do anything. I was just going to punish her for what she did to you yesterday but then she tried to kiss me, I had no choice but to beat her up. She is getting too confident and now thinks she can steal me away from you" Xavier said with a smirk

Lucille's face became red with anger when she heard this. " You fucking bitch! I hate you! Why don't you just die!" Lucille rushed forward and started kicking me harder than Xavier. I couldn't do anything but curl into myself and try to protect my face. There was no doubt that I had a broken rib and fractured ankle from all the beating I was getting from my sister and her boyfriend. I was crying silently in pain, not knowing what else to do

Xavier had told a lie about me and Lucille had believed it. She would tell an even bigger lie to my parents when we got home and my injuries would be a lot worse. There was a pack doctor but I was never allowed to visit him. The wounds on my body all became scars that refused to disappear because I wasn't able to treat them. My body was littered with them which gave my body an ugly appearance. It was no wonder Lucille always called me an ugly pig.

The only place that hadn't been injured was my face, the Luna had done her best to make sure she ruined it. She once poured hot water all over my face and then sent me away to the pack dungeons to spend a night. But I had been helped by an old man who worked in the dungeons and I was given treatment for my face. Luna Ivory had been so angry when she found out that someone had helped me and had him sent out of the pack

" Just wait until Dad finds out about this, you are dead," Lucille said and spat on me.

She turned away from me and walked towards Xavier who was watching her with a prideful expression. He leaned down to wrap his arms around her and they kissed deeply. Their kissing soon heated up and he had her against the table with her skirt pulled to her stomach. Xavier unbuckled his jeans and soon started fucking her right in front of me

They were both crying and moaning in pleasure. Xavier had his eyes on me as he fucked Lucille. I had used my injured hand to cover my eyes so I wouldn't have to see their disgraceful actions. Xavier however didn't like the fact that I wasn't watching, he was always the masochistic type to want his victim to watch him fuck someone

" Open your eyes bitch! Watch me fuck your sister because no one is going to ever want to fuck you slut!"

" She must be jealous, she wishes she was in my position, that was why she had tried to seduce you," Lucille said while looking over in my direction.

" I will never want to be with a pig like her! She is nothing but a useless bastard, a waste of space!"

I felt tears pouring down my face again at their words. I had heard those same words countless times from other pack members, there was no one in the Blood Moon pack who liked me. I was living a life of misery and shame.

Xavier and Lucille soon got done with their activities. They cleaned up themselves and walked out of the room leaving me alone, I was lying in the dirt in pain and none of them even cared. I wasn't sure how much time passed with me laying there in pain, but I was able to see from a window that the sky was getting dark outside. I managed to pull myself to a standing position and made my way home. Since the school had been locked at this time I had to pass through the fence which just made my injuries worse

When I got home, my stepmother was already waiting for me in the kitchen. Lucille must have already told her what happened. She greeted me with a slap the moment she laid eyes upon me. " Apart from all the troubles you have caused you still didn't come home to prepare dinner?! You are getting too much freedom in the house!"

" I...I am sorry...I will do it right away"

" Hurry up and do it! The Alpha will deal with you once he returns, I don't have time to handle trash " Luna Ivory walked out of the kitchen after saying this. I quickly went to freshen up and start making dinner. It was hell for me because my entire body was screaming in pain. Two of my fingers were completely immobile because Lucille had managed to break them while beating me up. On countless occasions, I thought I was going to pass out, but by some miracle, I managed to finish dinner and set the table. After serving the food to my step-family, I went back to the kitchen and collapsed on the floor.

I was preparing myself for another round of beating when my father came back. But surprisingly he doesn't even pay a single glance at me. He was beaming with excitement as he went to sit beside my stepmother and sister.

" I have very good news today"

" What is it, Dad?" Lucille asked in curiosity

" His Majesty, Alpha Killian of the Lycan pack is coming to our pack tomorrow"

" What? You mean the Lycan king is coming to our pack? But why? "

" You both are aware that the Lycan pack has a prophetess who sees the future right?" Alpha Zack continued when both his wife and daughter nodded " Well, the Prophetess had a vision that the Lycan King's mate is from our pack. And since the Lycan king hadn't found his mate all these years he believes what the prophetess said. He is coming to the Blood Moon Pack in hopes of finding his mate"

" That is amazing my love, if the Lycan king's mate comes from our pack then it would further boost our power and rank among other packs. This is the best news ever " Luna Ivory said in excitement.

" And it gets even better. I think that Lucille is the destined mate of the Lycan king. She fits all descriptions by the prophetess about the King's mate. With her black hair and kind heart , she also comes directly from a line of pure wolves"

" Oh my gosh! Really? Does this mean I am going to marry the Lycan king? " Lucille couldn't contain her excitement. The thought of being the mate of the most powerful alpha in the world sent her into a frenzy of excitement. The Lycan king was not only powerful but he was said to be very good-looking, he had riches beyond her wildest imagination. She was bound to live a good life if she was indeed mated to him.

" Yes Lucille, you are indeed going to be the mate of the lycan king. This is a blessing from the moon goddess. You must remember that we can't let this chance pass us. Mate, you have to make our daughter look outstanding tomorrow so when the Lycan king sees her he will immediately fall in love with her"

" I understand my love, don't worry about it. Leave everything to me"

I overheard this conversation from the kitchen. I had heard rumors about the lycan king once, he was said to be cold and ruthless, and some even said that he killed without mercy. And the scary thing is that the lycan king only became an adult two years ago, yet he hadn't found his mate. So if Lucille was truly his mate then there was no doubt that he would love and cherish her. This would prove beneficial to the Blood Moon pack

My only hope is that once Lucille becomes the mate of the Lycan king I would never have to see her again. She was the main reason why I was given a hard time in the pack, if she left then things might get better. I wasn't planning to stay in the pack forever, no, as soon as I turn eighteen tomorrow I will start planning my escape

I had gathered enough money in the past few years to be able to survive on my own, Once I get the chance then I would run away to the human world and start my life afresh.

Unfortunately for me, I wasn't aware that my plans would never work out. The arrival of the Lycan king would change me forever
