Ambrose POV
"Don't go."
I looked at Analyn and narrowed my eyes. "Why not?" I asked. I had planned on doing this for s long time now and tonight felt like the right time. But Analyn looked unhappy.
"You should forget about Dave and focus on everything else that's more threatening. Like the drider! Shouldn't you be looking for that monster?" she exclaimed.
"I have decided to punish Dave first, and I will stick to the decision," I said determinedly.
"But...Charlotte is in love with him. She deserves a chance in happiness even if it's not with another werewolf!" Ana squealed.
In love with a vampire? I took in that girl despite her being a rogue from my enemy pack and this is how she decided to repay me? I am going to have to deal with her later.
"No arguments," I said gruffly, then gently grabbed Ana's jaw. "I know you love Charlotte, but it'd be good for her if we get rid of Dave."
"I'm not so sure about that," Analyn said quietl

Ambrose POV"Who are you?" I growled at one of the intruders wearing a black hoodie and silver mask. His eyes burned with hatred. His hand gripped the knife so tightly that his knuckles turned white.He didn't answer and pressed the knife on my throat. I couldn't move an inch as I was bound by a thick chain. I tried to use magic to break out of it. I even tried to teleport, but nothing worked. I was truly trapped.
