Ambrose POV
The punch landed on my jaw, but I hardly felt it.
The man shook his hand as if his hand hurt from hitting me. He forgot that humans had nothing on a werewolf's strength.
"What the fuck is your jaw made of?" the man barked.
I held back my laughter and glared at him instead. "Don't hurt yourself. Are you going to take that mask off, or are you going to keep hiding behind it like a coward?"
I sniffed the air around him, still trying to identify him. He smelled so familiar yet different. His voice also sounded like he was faking it.
Then suddenly, I realized something. He was trying his best to hide his scent. He must've rubbed something on his skin like he poured a shit ton of fragrant oils all over his body or bathed in it. But if he was trying to hide his scent this hard, it meant one thing...
