I got home that day, waiting anxiously for Edward. You know what he did? Never showed up. It feels like he's running away from me and avoiding confrontation. It's almost 3 days now and he hasn't showed up in the house. I only tried calling him once but I didn't bother my self too much because he's unavailable. Today is Wednesday and I have a date with Daniel. I dropped Liam at school 4 hours ago so I still have some time to myself. After sketching some fashion illustrations, I realized I didn't have anything to wear for the date. I feel very enthusiastic about the outcome. Daniel has made me grow fond of him already and it's barely even two days. We've been texting almost every minute and we had a brief late night call last night. It became so intense and flirtatious. For a guy I barely know I'd say it was quite forward of me. But he has a charm I can't seem to resist and I love it. I want to look very stunning for this date so I thought of going for brief shopping for a killer dress. Looking at the time, it was 12 noon already. I put on a casual top with blue jeans. I allowed my red hair to flow freely on my shoulders and I grabbed my purse. I called Donovan and he came back to the Mansion to get me in the SUV. Meanwhile the Paparazzi have cracked the mystery, now they have a story. My sister Mandi forwarded some blog posts about Edward and I. Pictures of the conference from a few days ago flooded the blog page with a long write up. It stated: "Hot Billionaire and eligible bachelor Edward Silver Spotted with a red haired damsel at his business event. Could this be the mysterious lady he is living with? Involving myself with Edward has robbed me of my privacy. Now there would be eyes on me and it felt scary to know that people out there would always be watching my every move. I already have to deal with Susan and her childishness. Who knows what she's up to now? I arrive at the shopping complex. Donovan drops me in front of it and tells me he is parking opposite the building. I nod in response. Moving in, my sight is amazed by the amount of dresses and stunning two piece wears that have grabbed my attention. I found this store on I*******m, it's called l'exquisite. From clothes to shoes and bags, their options are endless. I will definitely buy more than what I came for. I spend like 20 minutes browsing the two piece wears section, after selecting a few to try on, I get a call from Daniel. "Hi Princess, are you ready for tonight?" His voice greeted me warmly, causing my lips to curve into a smile. "Barely." I said to him laughing a little because he called me princess. "I'm currently at l'exqusite trying to get something new to wear." "That's interesting. I know you'll look beautiful in any outfit you pick. Should I send my card over? it'll get to you in like 20 minutes." Daniel said to me. It's quite thoughtful of him to offer handling the bills for the shopping, but I didn't have 20 minutes to spare. I had only 10 minutes left here before I get Liam from school. "I'd love to say yes but I don't have spare time to wait here, I'll tell you ahead of next time, I promise." "Alright sweetheart. now tell me, what kind of flowers do you like? Roses? Lilies?" The shopping assistant offered to help me hold the clothes I picked. I switched the call to my AirPods so I can multitask. "I love different kinds of flowers Daniel, red and pink roses are my favorite. Where are you taking me tonight?" I asked excitedly, loving the way the maxi dress I tried on fitted perfectly on me, these clothes are all so pretty , I don't even know which one to pick. "You'll have to wait and see. It's a surprise " I could feel him smirking from the other side of the phone. "Alright Danny boy. Looking forward to it." I say, switching back to my regular clothes. After minutes of indecision I end up picking 5 new sets of dresses and 4 different 2 piece sets as well. Heading to the cashier, I'm about to conclude the call when Daniel speaks again. "Hey Vanessa. Sorry to bring this up but I hope you're not feeling awkward after what happened last night?" Shit. I was trying to avoid him asking that. Things got really heated up last night during our phone call, and I did something very naughty. I touched myself and he talked me through it. I think he jerked off to my moaning too. How am I supposed to even show up without feeling awkward? My bill was about $5k. I stopped to pick 2 designer heels and a purse on my way to the counter. Taking a deep breath, I finally summoned the courage to respond to him. "I feel weird Daniel, it's very unlike me to do that. Especially with someone I'm still getting to know.
