Ivy
I woke up the morning because my stomach was rolling. I jumped from the bed and ran to the bathroom. Getting to the toilet just before everything came out. I heard the footsteps behind me and waved my arms behind me as my stomach lurched forward again. “No,” is all I could get out as I felt Max’s, I assumed, hands gathering my hair into a ponytail. He rubbed my back as I lurched forward yet again. This is not what I needed him seeing but I was sure he wasn’t leaving.
When I was finally sure that nothing more was coming out of me, I reached up and flushed the toilet. Max stood up and walked to the sink.
