Chapter 40: Missing Joey

Jaden and Rocky slowly open their eyes simultaneously. They were surprised to find themselves on their various beds.

Jaden was the first person to get up and come down from the bed. He saw James and Paul, standing beside the door.

Jaden looked around and saw Rocky, who just got down from his bed also.

"Hi James, how did we get here please?" Jaden moved closer to them and asks.

James was surprised with his question and only looked at him from head to toe without replying to his question. Then he continues to talk to Paul.

"Don't tell me you are offended by the question I just asked. There's no harm in asking what you don't understand!" Jaden sounds a bit angry.

"Are you this dumb to understand that, James doesn't want to talk to you?" Paul glared at him, angrily.

"I only asked a simple question!" Jaden replied.

"Then his silence means he doesn't want you around!" Paul yelled at him.
