Chapter 47: Sonia Caught
When Jaden and Joey got into their room, they were surprised to see Rocky, who was already long asleep in his bed.
"I can't believe James' mom could do such a thing to us!" Joey sounds angry as he sits on his bed.
"She was only looking out for her son, I guess," Jaden said calmly as he sat beside him.
"Still, she shouldn't have talked to you in that manner... She almost hurt Roselyn also!"
"Yeah, what she did was wrong! But I wasn't hurt by her words at all. She acted that way because she cares for James. Won't your mom do the same?"
"My mom would do anything for me but she would never blame others for my mistake. After we explained that, it was James that took the blame without being forced, she still couldn't accept the truth!"
"That's because she was pained about it. What if James was sent away from the Academy? Or he was given a more serious punishment?"
