Herbert and Sonia have to continue looking for Austin, and they seem to have been thinking of losing hope in searching for him.
All that Herbert focused on was looking around for Austin and didn't pay any attention to the company anymore. He can't lose his wife, and also lose his only son due to his negligence.
Sonia on the other hand hasn't been herself for these three years of not seeing Austin. She and Herbert have been working hand in hand to speed the search for Austin.
Herbert was in his living room, as usual, reminiscing about the lovely moments he had with his family before everything turned out this way. He seems sad and kept wishing that, if Austin should return to him, he would turn a new leaf and desist from all his evil ways.
