CHAPTER 86: SOFT LIKE A PERSIMMON

“Ding, ding, ding.”

“Ta ta ta ta.”

“Shwi, shwi, shwi, shwi.”

“Place it over there! Come on, people! Can’t you see that putting it right there doesn’t look nice?” Occasionally, a loud female voice could be heard yelling.

As various men and women ran around hanging cloth and setting up tents, a lot of noise was being made.

“If the boss comes by and sees no improvement, we’re done!” another exclaimed.

“You don’t have to be concerned about the boss showing up. I just overheard Ms. Noisy on the phone, and it appears that the boss will not be coming anymore,” a gossipy lady told her superior boss.

The superior boss, who was furious about how slowly the workers were working, came to a halt and said gently, “Are you certain about this?” to this gossipy lady she didn’t like very much.

Despite her love of talk, the gossipy lady was not the type to spread fake news. She wouldn’t do anything like that unless she was very certain of it.
