BLAIR’S POV

The staff had met my father’s scattered office and had assumed that it was either burglary or someone tried to sabotage the office, so they ran everywhere, looking for answers and trying to figure out the missing file.

This chaos provided me room to slip out, the very way I came in.

I was hold in my hands, the original copy of the company’s financial record and couldn’t believe it.

I drove the fastest that I could and when I arrived, I ran straight for Brian.

“Blair,” he called in a high-pitched tone, pretty excited to see me.

“I told you she was hiding something.” I said, handing the documents to him.

“He took it from me and even before he opened it, he smiled at me.

“I know she is,” he said,

“The company was never in bankruptcy.” I said, in interpretation of everything that I saw from Jennifer’s system.

“Yes, she had been embezzling the funds into her private account.” Brian said.

I quietly stared at him for a while.

“I told you I would figure it out,” he said
