We strolled to Spizaz, a cozy café near school where they serve varieties of drinks.

The peaceful atmosphere allows for a quiet escape—one of the reasons I love it.

"What's wrong?" Angela asked, noticing my pause.

"It's closed," I said. She smiled.

"That won't be a problem.” she chimed in

“How so?” I asked

“I know a great coffee place," she said, as we turned back.

"Close to school too so yeah.”

"Sounds great," I said, as she shot me a look.

"Not sure you'll like it though," she warned.

“What do you mean?” I asked, curious

“Well, it's kind of a bright, cheerful, and sometimes crowded place," she explained, a playful smile curving her lips

"So?" I pressed, unsure of where she was going with this.

"I think I've known you long enough to know you prefer dark, gloomy, and quiet spaces," she said with a teasing grin.

I scoffed. "Nah, that's not true." It's true, that's one of the reasons I love Spizaz.

It never gets crowded, probably because of how large it is.
