Sebastian’s pov

I looked around and couldn’t find a bottle of water in my office.

Mark must be sleeping by now since its late, damn I miss the time where vampires slept in the day.

I got up and went to get a glass of water myself.

I heard footsteps in the kitchen, “is anyone there?” I heard Charlotte ask.

“Yes I am” I said as I entered, and she looked at me.

“Hi” she said with a small smile, “please don’t mind me, I just want a bottle of water” I said and opened the fridge.

As I was leaving she spoke up, “Sebastian are we okay?” she asked me.

I didn’t turn around by answered anyways.

“yes we are okay, why would you ask that?” I asked her.

“Its just that you have been so distant, and I don’t know why. Did I do something wrong?” she asked, and I shook my head.

“No, you did absolutely nothing wrong” I said, I turned around and gave her a smile.

Honestly, I love seeing her but at the same time just looking at her makes my heart break even more.

For her to break the curse she needs to mate
