TEARS OF JOY

Alexander drove Amelia to their family house, the evening sun casting a golden glow over the landscape as they approached. The drive was mostly quiet, with only the hum of the engine filling the space between them. Alexander occasionally glanced at Amelia, noticing the tension in her face, the way she kept biting her lip and fidgeting with her fingers.
