Mark was taken aback. “But I don’t even know you. How can I trust you?”

The woman’s tone became sharper. “I’m not going to repeat myself. You have a choice: help me with my request, and I’ll help you win Amelia back. If you don’t agree, you’ll be left with nothing.”
